The curry chicken looks delicious. It is like the curry chicken that I used to order in my favourite stall. Can you please give me the recipe?

The curry chicken in that picture was cooked following my late mother-in-law’s recipe here :-

You can make the curry thinner by adding more water or lesser coconut milk.
