Happy New Year, dear friends! 
Another year has flown by and tomorrow we will begin another year – 2012!
Tonight, my family will have a Roast Turkey dinner with all the trimmings – roast turkey with gravy, mash potatoes, turkey stuffing, brussel sprouts, garlic bread and steamed vegetables. This year, we have moved our usual Turkey Dinner from Christmas to New Year’s Eve instead, for a change.

Well, I have to go now put my 5 kg turkey in the oven now.
