Dear friends, 😀
From time to time in our life, somehow there are times that we may feel lonely. , especially for those of us who do not have a partner or spouse, but even if we have a family, this feeling will arise too, especially if the spouse is often engrossed with his or her career and the children are occupied with their own things. One good way to bring the family together or for a single person to have some companionship is to have a meal together…..cook something exotic and excite the taste buds! 😆
In the link below, there is a talk, titled “Loneliness”, by Ajahn Brahm, Chief Abbot of a monastery in Western Australia. Here he talks about what loneliness is and the best attitude towards it. He is quite a humourous and witty speaker and this is one of the talks that I like the most. He is one of the 2 people that inspire me the most – the other one being the late Chief Reverend K Sri Dhammananda.
Just click on the talk called “Loneliness” which is located 2/3 down the page, and it will download to play in audio format. I think you may need to have “Real Player” installed, I’m not sure. Hope you will like his talk. 😀

May you be well, happy and peaceful always! 😀
Good night and sweet dreams from KL!
