Master atan’s Dhealing Basic Blood Remedy For Blood Detoxification, Lowering Cholesterol, Clearing Blocked Arteries – Combo Method Of Using Oats & Dried Black Fungus

A cup of cleansing Woods' Ears and Honey Dates drink

A cup of Black Fungus drink

Hi there, dear friends 😀

The Black Fungus remedy for lowering cholesterol is quite popular nowadays and I had even written a post about it last year HERE. I only tried that remedy on and off for 2 weeks and my cholesterol level did drop a little from 6.4 mmol/L to 6.2 mmol/L (normal is less than 5.2 mmol/L).

Master atan recently introduced at his forum his Dhealing Basic Blood Remedy, which I would call an “advanced” technique for lowering cholesterol and blood detoxification – his method  incorporates the use of oats in addition to Black Fungus.  His health remedy was quite timely since I was on a quest to reduce my husband’s dependency on medication, especially Lipitor, and therefore, I decided to put my husband and myself on Master atan’s “programme” to seriously cleanse our blood for 1 whole month! Today is the 8th day since we started taking the oats and Black Fungus. 😉

Holy Basil ! Ocimum Tenuiflorum…. Another Wonderful Plant With Many Health Benefits – Good For The Heart !

Harvested Holy Basil for drying

Harvested Holy Basil for drying

Hi there, dear friends 😀

I never intended to write about the Holy Basil plant – “Tulsi” as it is more commonly known among the Hindus and as “Tulasi”  here in Malaysia. ….. I originally got a Tulasi plant back in 2003 more for cleansing and calming the energies in the compound/garden of my home.

I had learned from the Vasthu Sastera (Indian Feng Shui) traditions that  the Tulsi can absorb negative energies from its surroundings, and from people of ill intents – the Tulsi leaves would turn brown and look as if the plant was dying if it was exposed to negative energies. However, the plant will regenerate back its energy/qi and grow lushly again. 💡

On A Quest To Reduce My Husband’s Dependency On Medication For High Blood Pressure/Cholesterol/Urea & Diabetes

Hi there, dear friends 😀

My husband encountered his first gout attack way back in 1994 and has been on Allopurinol 300mg once daily for treatment.

In mid 2009, our family physician made him go for tests to check his health and my husband was found to have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high urea acid and diabetes. On top of that, the doctor said my husband’s kidneys were not functioning optimally.

When a friend heard about my husband’s health problems, he taught me to make the Tateshi Kasu Miracle Vegetable Soup  for my husband. 💡

Tateshi Kazu Miracle Vegetable Soup

After consuming that soup regularly for around 1 year, my husband went for another round of blood tests, which revealed some good news – his kidneys were working properly already, blood pressure was around 120/30, cholesterol and urea acid levels were normalised…and his blood sugar went down slightly to 6.4 mmol/L, an improvement from 7.2 mmol/L before taking Glucophage 850mg twice daily. 😀

Last year, his blood tests showed that his blood sugar went up again, with medication, to 7.2 mmol/L. The doctor had wanted to increase his Glucophage dose but my husband said that he will try to control his diet  to bring down his sugar level. 💡

Dried, Roasted Burdock Root Tea

Dried, Roasted Burdock Root Tea

Hi there, dear friends 😀

I was first introduced to the exceptional health benefits of the Burdock Root (Gobo in Japanese, Ngau Pong in Cantonese, New Pang 牛蒡子 in Mandarin) when I was taught to make Tateshi Kazu’s Miracle Vegetable Soup  (which I had posted here in 2010) to help with my husband’s high blood pressure/cholesterol/urea acid and diabetes. Burdock root was one of the 5 ingredients in that soup.

I bought 3 burdock roots from my local market for only RM6-70 (USD2)

What got me really excited again recently  about using Burdock Root as a major healing food  was what I saw in a Korean health documentary show called, “Mysteries of the Human Body“. There was this Japanese doctor named Dr. Nagamo Yoshinori, a 58-year old doctor who looks 37 years old 😯 …and he showed the audience a photo of him taken 21 years ago, whereby he looked much older than now !
