Hi there, dear friends 😀
Thanks to some exquisite Chinese tea samples sent to me by Teasenz, my husband and I had a wonderful time drinking Chinese tea last night. It has been quite a while since I last took out my tea sets for some “serious” tea drinking and tasting! Lol!
The art and culture of Chinese tea drinking dates back to thousands of years ago – Chinese tea drinking is part of daily life, a drink to be had on any occasion, involved as part of traditional Chinese ceremonies (especially in weddings and prayers), as a hobby and as a way to relax or unwind. It is more than a sense and concept than taste, similar to the Western wines.
Because I am on the go most of the time, I usually make a large pot of Puer tea for my family daily. My eldest daughter like to have Green Tea after dinner, while my youngest daughter sips Yerba Mate tea throughout the day. As health teas, we drink a lot of Jiaogulan Tea and Kuding Cha.
